Multiple sets of LIONTEC 4-color 2-head color UV coding machines have completed factory commissioning and quality inspection, and are officially loaded for Equipment Shipment to the customer’s production site in Vietnam. The customer required high-visibility 4-color marking and multi-color overprinting on packaging. During pre-sample testing, the LIONTEC technical team matched parameters according to the production line speed and product material, and finally confirmed the solution.
This LIONTEC equipment is a UV curing coding machine equipped with two sets of industrial piezo printheads, supporting combined printing of CMYK four-color inks. It can print colorful patterns, colorful 2D codes, serial numbers, logos and variable data in one pass without secondary overprinting.
After the equipment arrives at the customer’s factory in Vietnam, LIONTEC after-sales service engineers will be on-site simultaneously to complete installation and commissioning following standardized operational procedures.
